Project Management
As part of our comprehensive project management services, we assist our clients in establishing their organizational structures, as well as communication, administrative and process management procedures, using a pre-established and certified methodology that has been proven over time and continuously improved. Using this methodology, we proactively coordinate the activities of the participants in the investment process and provide full administrative services.
Technical Supervision
During the implementation process, our technical supervisors represent the interests of our clients and check the professionalism of the project implementation, supervising and verifying the full compliance with the relevant legislation, applicable official regulations, standards, contracts and design documents.
Design Review
With outstanding expertise and experience in both design and construction, our engineers have a wealth of experience in reviewing design documents at all stages and in all disciplines.
Technical Advisory
The scope of our technical consulting services covers the entire real estate lifecycle, from pre-purchase decision support through implementation, occupancy and disposition. Using a consultative approach based on our extensive experience and expertise, we can assist our clients with all of their real estate technical issues.
Time and Budget Planning
Project-related forecasting is supported by schedule and cost estimates that are consistent with the level of detail of the various development phases.
Technical Supervision
Our technical supervisors represent our clients’ interests during the implementation process and ensure the professionalism of the execution, compliance with relevant laws, regulations, standards, contracts, and construction documentation. Additionally, we conduct regular on-site inspections to ensure the smooth progress and timely completion of work processes. Our task is to ensure that the quality of execution meets the requirements and our clients’ expectations. Furthermore, our technical supervisors oversee the prompt resolution of any technical issues and the proper maintenance of documentation to ensure that every step is transparent and traceable.
We provide comprehensive responsible technical supervision in accordance with relevant legislation, including activities prescribed in the coverage management system.

About us
NT-Plan Mérnöki Iroda Zrt. was founded by the owners in 2019 and built on philosophy of giving greater opportunities in complex implementation of projects by involving the owner’s engineering- related activities in a single organizational unit.
We have established two business lines that provide engineering and expert services for construction and telecommunications projects. Our scope includes project planning and organization development, preparation, design, technical supervision / inspection for construction, complication, as well as performing project management tasks.
